She stood there like a ghost,
Looked up the wavery coast
And just imagined.
Rivers of light fled on,
They didn't hear her song
Like she imagined.
Stars lay on the asphalt,
Swirled in rings of cobalt,
So she imagined.
Thunder roared beneath her,
Over the cliff below her
That she imagined.
All around her vanished,
Fantasy was banished
As she imagined.
Streaks of light were there,
Diamonds in rainy air,
Not imagined.
